This 6520/6521 insulation paper is a two-ply flexible laminated insulation material consisting of press paper and polyester film. The used adhesive is acid-free and temperature resistant. It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, can be used for low-voltage motors, insulation, and cushioning interterm insulation. It can be used as slot and phase insulation in low voltage machines or as interlayer insulation in transformers.
Insulation paper is a two-layer flexible composite material, produced by B Class adhesive to adhere insulation paper with polyester film together
--Two layers: polyester film is bonded with insulation paper.
--Base Layer: 100% Sulfate wood pulp presspaper
--Outer Layer: Polyester film(PET) for Electrical Purposes
--Percentage:16% polyester film + 84% presspaper
