Mica sheet
Mica sheet is mica lamination designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximate 90% Muscovite(or Phlogopite)and 10% temperature resistant silicone resin.
Prorerties
Excellent thermal resistance, muscovite mica retain insulation properties at 500ºC and phlogopite mica sheet resistant temperature up to 750ºC.
Excellent electric insulation, normally the breakdown voltage is more than 15KV/mm.
Excellent flexural strength and easy to be punched and machined.
Environmental safe. It is incombustible, asbestos and halogene free and does not create toxic gases.

Size:1000*600mm
Thickness below 2.0mm can be punched, while above 2.0mm can be machined by agreement.
Storage
No limitation under dry and room temperature.

Rigid Mica Plate
YG-5660-H is a kind of rigid laminated material, constructed of muscovite or phologpite mica paper with silicon resin.
They are known by its excellent thermal resistance, good flame resistance, high dielectric strength, excellent physical strength, and little smoke by heating.
The products have been widely used in the industries of household electric appliances (clothes irons, hair dryers, toaster, kettles, cooking appliances, microwave ovens, air heaters), metallurgy(frequency furnace, intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace), medical appliances, etc.
Flexible Mica Plate
YG-5660-S is a kind of flexible laminated material, it has excellent dielectric, excellent tensile strength and easy to form at room temperature. They are often used for hair dryers, curlers, electric irons, motors and so on.
Glossy Mica Plate
YG-5660-G series of Glossy Mica Plate are made from muscovite(or phlogopite) mica paper and high temperature resistant silicon resin, compared with rigid mica plate, its surface are very smooth, but properties have no different. YG-5660-G series has two species: glossy muscovite mica plate(YG -5660-G1) and glossy phologpite mica plate(YG-5660-G3).
Thick Mica Plate
YG-5660-T series of Thick Mica Plate is rigid mica plate with thickness over 3mm, it is mica lamination designed for providing outstanding resistant to high voltage and high temperature. YG-5660-T series has two species: thick muscovite mica sheet(YG-5660-T1) and thick phlogopite mica sheet(YG-5660-T3).
Thick mica plate is used for cylindrical resistance heaters, thermal insulation in circuit breakers, chemical-engineering and electric appliances, electric sterilized cabinet, and in steel or metallurgy industry for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace, etc.
