Product Description

FR4 is a fire rated electrical-grade, dielectric fiberglass laminate epoxy resin system combined with a glass fabric substrate.
The abbreviation "FR4" means: F (for flame) and R (for retardant). It is a kind of insulation material made of epoxy resin and glass cloth. It is an ideal base material for printed circuit boards (PCBs). It has good electrical insulation, heat dissipation, mechanical strength and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.

FR4 grades material offer excellent chemical resistance, flame ratings (UL94-VO) and electrical properties under dry and humid conditions. FR4 also features high flexural, impact, superior mechanical strength and bond strength at temperatures up to 130°C. 

G10 material is a composite material made of glass cloth and epoxy resin. It was developed as an aircraft material when it was invented, it can withstand great strength. G-10 is not permeable with water and liquid, and it has the characteristics of insulation, anti-acid and alkali, and the weight is light. 
A continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. This grade is extremely high in mechanical strength, has low water absorption and dissipation factors and has superior electrical characteristics, which are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities.
 

Features:

1. FR4 epoxy sheet has good electrical insulation, heat dissipation and mechanical strength.

2. It has strong chemical corrosion resistance and is not affected by the environment.

3. It has excellent machinability and can be drilled, milled, cut, sawed and machined into various shapes and sizes.

4. It has a high temperature resistance and can be used up to 120.

5. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and has no harm to humans and the environment.

6. It has good dimensional stability and is not affected by temperature and humidity.

 

Application:

  FR4 epoxy sheet is widely used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. It is also used in the insulation and protection of electronic components, the insulation of transformers and motors, the insulation of electrical and electronic components, and the insulation of high-frequency devices.
